A Dallas & Fort Worth Accountant and Business Advisor/CPA firm contracted ManageWatch to improve their current single Terminal Server environment. The client uses Terminal Server to provide remote access to core Line of Business applications to employee's in the field. ManageWatch reviewed the current remote computing platform, and recommended deploying a Terminal Server Farm with roaming profiles to provide redundancy and increased performance. ManageWatch deployed and configured the new Terminal Sever Farm utilizing Windows Server 2008. ManageWatch deployed the new Terminal server solution side by side with the existing Terminal server environment. Kent was able to migrate and transfer all compatible user and application functions to the new TS Farm with no interruption in service.

This same client also contracted ManageWatch to design and implement new windows 2008 domain architecture. The new 2008 domain allows the client to deliver next generation services to its internal users and external customers and clients. ManageWatch architected and implemented a number of network services during this project as well as Active Directory to improve areas of the network for security, data protection, and recoverability options.

In addition, the client contracted ManageWatch to provide a messaging platform that would be used for unified messaging and collaboration services for their employees. ManageWatch deployed a new Exchange 2007 server solution side by side with the existing Exchange environment. ManageWatch was able to migrate and transfer all messaging functions with virtually no interruption in service. Utilizing the new server role model of Exchange 2007, ManageWatch was able to deploy a solid messaging platform that will scale on demand with minimal configuration effort.
